Members are encouraged to submit articles for the PC Alamode Magazine. The may be transmitted via e-mail, U.S. mail or hand-delivered to the editor.

As a general rule, PC Alamode accepts articles only from members of the organization.

Article and advertising deadline is the 10^th of the month preceding the month of publication.

The editor prefers document files in Word , WordPerfect, Rich Text or ASCII format.

If you have an applicable graphic to go with your article/review, please attach it as a separate file rather than inserting it into your word processing document. Give the graphic a name similar to the article name or review that you are writing so the editor can keep track of which graphics go with which articles/reviews, i.e. Turbotax1, Turbotax2, etc. In your copy, refer to the graphic as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc. The editor will then assign the appropriate figure number at the bottom of the graphic and place the graphic on the page where it fits best. Do not indent paragraphs; separate them with double-returns. Do not decorate your text with rows of hyphens, equal signs or other doo-dads. Do not use all caps for headings. Underlined text will be converted into italics.
